Finding your dream dress is very exciting but as with any new experience it can also be very confusing!
You will find our most frequently asked questions and advice below.
When should I start looking for my wedding dress? As dresses are made to order they can take up to 7 months to arrive. We also need to allow time for alterations. We suggest no later than 10 to 12 months before your big day. We can obtain dresses quicker than this on a rush order, however such orders incurr an additional charge.
Do I need to make an appointment? We are by appointment only. We have found that this is the best way to guarantee your time with us and ensure you have full exclusive use of the boutique.
How long do I get for an appointment? We allow up to 2 hours for your Bridal appointment. This is ample time and you will never feel rushed. We allow up to 1 hour for Bridesmaid appointments.
How many people can I bring with me? You are more than welcome to bring along up to 3 guests. You don't need the drama of a TV show, bring your nearest and dearest who will give you their best and honest opinion.
How much do your dresses cost? Our gorgeous dresses range between £2,500 to £800. We also have our Ready to Wear collection of dresses which range between £350 and £800. These costs do not include alterations.
What sizes are your sample dresses? Our sample dresses are from a size 26 to a size 6. When you have found 'the one', we will take your measurements and discuss with you the designers size chart. Dresses are not made to meaure and you will always require alterations to achieve the perfect fit.
What should I wear? Wear whatever you are comfortable in. Flesh or nude coloured underwear is advised. Please keep make-up to the minimum and save fake tan for another day to help keep our dresses looking as clean as possible.
